Uefa have been criticised after imposing a greater fine on Nicklas Bendtner for displaying a sponsored pair of underwear than they did on the Croatian FA as punishment for their fans' alleged racial abuse of Mario Balotelli.
European football's governing body have fined the Croatian FA €80,000, lower than the €100,000 fine on Bendtner.
However, UEFA are also expected to deliver a second fine to the German FA after investigating accusations of "improper conduct" of fans during a win over Denmark. The DFB have already been fined €10,000 after fans threw paper on the pitch in their opening match.
